????️ Opportunity Snapshot: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager – Stainless Steel,

you’ll play a key role in growing our stainless steel solutions business by identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class products.

This role is specifically focused on selling custom stainless steel solutions into food-related environments, including foodservice, food manufacturing, and commercial kitchen applications. You’ll work directly with major national and global brands operating in highly regulated, hygiene-driven environments where quality, durability, and performance are critical.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and sales execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have experience selling stainless steel solutions into the food industry, we want to hear from you.

???? What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the stainless steel solutions segment serving food-related industries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners in foodservice, food manufacturing, and commercial kitchen environments.

  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver custom, food-grade stainless steel solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback within the food industry to inform product development and strategy.

  • Represent EIS at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our stainless steel capabilities and brand.


✅ What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling stainless steel products, preferably into foodservice, food manufacturing, commercial kitchen, or food processing environments.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.

  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%).
