One of our long-standing clients is looking for an HR Assistant to add to their team immediately to assist with an HRIS project.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant

  • The HR Assistant is responsible for the downloading of employee files and re-configuration in the new system
  • Assist in the payroll data input in ADP, with 2026 enrollment upcoming they will be assisting with packet creation and distribution
  • The HR Assistant will assist in projects set out by the company leaders

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Assistant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Office experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career where you can grow and learn

    • Compensation

  • $17-$21 / hr
