A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for insurance-based SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming tickets and update workflow systems with accurate information
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot customer issues using SQL and web-based tools
Execute data maintenance scripts and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in product support, development, or consultancy
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in SQL and web-based troubleshooting tools
Ability to learn insurance workflows and SaaS products quickly
Flexible to work outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays
