A company is looking for a Direct Mail Specialist to manage direct mail programs and offline media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Own media planning, execution, and optimization for direct mail and print marketing campaigns
Lead direct mail strategy, including audience targeting, offer strategy, testing, and scale plans
Manage promo code operations for direct mail campaigns, including setup, tracking, spend, and fraud controls
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience managing direct mail or offline performance marketing campaigns
Deep hands-on experience with direct mail strategy, execution, and measurement
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and direct response direct mail tactics
Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or similar data environments strongly preferred
Proven ability to develop data-driven direct mail testing frameworks and optimization roadmaps
