Graphic Designer

A company is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and revise SOPs, Policies, Processes, and Procedures using established documentation standards

Perform research and analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts to understand workflows and identify process gaps

Facilitate interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to gather accurate information for Business Essential Documents (BEDs)

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience writing detailed technical documentation (2+ years)

Strong analysis and research skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects with changing priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with documentation governance platforms such as SharePoint or LogicGate is preferred
