A Senior IT Product Manager Corporate Functions serves as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain. In this influential role, you proactively research, identify, and champion technology solutions that anticipate business needs and enable future capabilitiesoften before requests are formally made.
You shape and execute technology roadmaps, oversee the full product lifecycle, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. Success in this role requires strong executive influence, collaborative leadership, and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives to achieve measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Align technology initiatives with Supply Chain business objectives by identifying market trends, innovative solutions, and technical needs that drive stakeholder and user value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain leaders and business unit managers to shape long-term IT strategies and gather requirements for product enhancements
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT products supporting Supply Chain, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration
- Lead adoption of product management principles across functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and products
- Manage and mentor a team of 2+ Product Managers and / or Product Owners, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Implement agile practices, manage sprints, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement through iterative delivery
- Monitor emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction
- Ensure product documentation is accurate, accessible, and supports users, support teams, and enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate delivery, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Track and optimize KPIs such as business value delivery, user adoption, on-time delivery, return on investment, and overall performance
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related fieldMasters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred6+ years of product management experience leading technology initiatives, products, or services8+ years in technology management roles with experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations teamsExperience with portfolio strategy development and market analysis
