Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role plays a key part in supporting our Consulting business divisions. You'll work closely with the controllership team, operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys combining analytical rigor with business partnering to influence performance and deliver results.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to prepare Outlooks, Forecasts, and Budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Analyze monthly results, perform variance analysis, and prepare management reporting packages.
• Prepare monthly revenue and expense accruals for accurate month-end close.
• Monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Support presentations and materials for management meetings.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to streamline processes and improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
