Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver professional nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will :

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes effectively.
• Assist healthcare professionals with technical support as needed.
• Communicate openly and effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care planning.

Your role is critical in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents, as well as in responding effectively to emergent situations.
