Compensation & Benefits:

• Target total compensation $60,000-$75,000 per year (base + uncapped commission) Additional incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed.
• Hourly base pay plus commission up to 12% on premium sold
• Sign-On Bonus $3,000 after 3 months if you meet sales goals

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance
• Follow up with quoted prospects and close sales
• Hit monthly production goals
• Grow revenue through phone, email, texting and warm leads

Requirements:

• Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
• Prior Allstate experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow through
• Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
