Key Responsibilities
Manage 3-5 concurrent customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
Act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain communication and resolve challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and provide actionable plans
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a SaaS or enterprise software context
Familiarity with Generative AI, Private RAG, and related technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and drive results
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
