As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to bring individuals full circle with compassionate and personalized care. We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team of caregivers, providing patients with a deeper level of trust, communication, and sensory interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed

• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed

• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation

• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic nature
