Benefits Specialist

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist, Product Strategy & Renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the packaging and analysis of benefit offerings and conduct market analysis to support strategic renewals

Maintain relationships with brokers and vendors, execute renewal analysis, and coordinate implementation of benefit packages

Develop training content and provide analytical support to enhance benefit messaging and address customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategic design, renewal, and implementation of employee benefit programs

Ability to apply a strategic mindset to contribute to the benefits portfolio vision

Solid knowledge of the global benefits industry, including compliance with regulations

Experience in benefits administration is beneficial

Highly collaborative style, capable of working across various teams
