Job Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment across a defined industry vertical

Develop and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 and high-growth clients

Source, interview, and place top talent across professional disciplines

Drive business development through client outreach and strategic partnerships

Negotiate offers, manage closing processes, and deliver strong candidate experiences

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape market strategy and build revenue growth
