About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) to serve as its chief financial officer and a key member of the president's leadership team. The successful candidate will have a broad portfolio of responsibilities that impact the entire institution, including finances and budget, facilities, campus security, human resources, and information technology. The VPFA will be instrumental in executing the University's multi-year strategic plan, particularly with strategic financial investments in campus facilities, academic programs, personnel, and student experiences. This role requires a professional who is experienced, creative, and capable of shaping the future of the institution.

As the VPFA, the primary duties will involve overseeing and supervising the administrative division, coordinating the budget development process, and monitoring compliance with all university budgets. The role also includes managing the university's risk insurance coverage, campus security system, and all renovation and building projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, collaborating closely with the President, the Administrative Council, and the Board of Governors in annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
