Small Business Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Business Class team within a call center environment, ensuring efficient communication and operational processes

Track, analyze, and report performance data on departmental initiatives and oversee sales / retention reporting

Provide leadership and guidance to team members while cultivating a positive and motivational team environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience

5-7 years of relevant work experience

Experience in managing teams and driving departmental efficiencies

Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed

Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
