The second largest hospital in Georgia is seeking Family Practice Physician to provide services in a hybrid of traditional family medicine and same day/Urgent Care in Forsyth, GA. The physician will also be a part of the Accountable Care Organization. The office is located in the Medical Mall which includes diagnostics and specialty practices. The physician will serve in one of the systems community hospitals, a 25 bed, Critical Access Hospital, which provides general medical and surgical care for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients, and participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. You will provide the highest quality health care possible. Coordinate and facilitate clinical, administrative and professional activities as delegated by Medical Director and Administration; Collaborate with other physicians, staff and community agencies to provide continuity of care for patients in any designated setting. The physician ensures all services are delivered safely, confidentially and promptly.
