Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client implementations to ensure successful use of procurement and payment systems

Manage client relationships from contract execution through go-live to meet expectations

Consult on process improvements and analyze customer data to drive engagement and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Engineering preferred

3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or account management

3+ years of experience in healthcare or supply chain

Start-up experience preferred

PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
