Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.00

Shifts: Day Shift and Swing Shift




The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for performing hands-on assembly, testing, and packaging of computer servers and related components in a high-volume production environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality, custom-built data center hardware solutions for some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assemble computer servers, racks, and subassemblies following work instructions, schematics, and quality standards.
  
• 
  Operate manufacturing and testing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  
• 
  Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specifications.
  
• 
  Identify and report product defects or process issues to the supervisor or quality team.
  
• 
  Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all 5S/lean manufacturing standards.
  
• 
  Accurately record production data, part counts, and process information in ERP or tracking systems.
  
• 
  Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• 
  Assist with training new operators and support team goals for productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 
  Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  
• 
  Experience: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production preferred.
  
• 
  Skills:
  
  • 
    Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly.
    
  • 
    Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and BOMs.
    
  • 
    Familiarity with tools such as torque drivers, screw guns, and basic test equipment.
    
  • 
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
    
  • 
    Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
  
• 
  Regular use of hands, wrists, and arms for assembly tasks.
  
• 
  Must be able to wear required PPE and comply with all safety regulations.
