Dynamic General Manager – Adult Products Industry We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the helm of our adult product company. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the CEO, serving as the critical operational bridge to decode strategic vision into tangible tactical execution, driving aggressive new business growth and maintaining our rapid expansion trajectory. This is a highly visible, hands-on role demanding a leader with an unquestionable track record of success in both online (e-commerce) and, critically, offline (retail / distribution) marketing and operations within the specialized adult product industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Execute CEO's Vision : Work directly with the CEO to translate overall company strategy into actionable business plans and drive the creation of new, profitable revenue streams. 2. Business Development & Scaling : Take the lead in building and scaling the business from the ground up, transforming innovative ideas into concrete, commercially viable ventures. 3. Operational Excellence : Oversee all facets of daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, high performance, and rapid growth. Maintain a strong cost-consciousness to achieve maximum returns with minimal investment. Essential Requirements (Mandatory Prerequisites) We have stringent requirements for the ideal candidate. The following are non-negotiable for consideration : 1. Industry & Channel Expertise (Critical Focus) (1) PROVEN OFFLINE CHANNEL SUCCESS (MANDATORY PREREQUISITE) : Extensive, demonstrable, and successful prior experience in developing, executing, and scaling business within traditional retail, wholesale, and offline distribution channels for adult products. This is a hard requirement for the role. (2) Industry Knowledge : Deep, nuanced understanding of the adult product market, consumer trends, and relevant domestic and international regulations. (3) Industry Experience : At least 3 years (Required) in the adult products sector. 2. Leadership & Marketing Execution (1) Hands-On "Builder" Mindset : We require a "doer, not just a talker"—someone with a "from scratch" mindset who has proven experience building a business from the ground up, not solely managing existing, established operations. (2) Marketing Mastery : Successful experience developing and executing robust, high-ROI marketing strategies across diverse channels, including e-commerce, social media, and crucially, traditional retail. 3. Business Acumen & Logistics (1) Cost-Conscious Strategy : Proven ability to implement low-cost, high-return strategies to maximize profitability and business growth. ((2) Bilingual Proficiency : Must be fully fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively manage global supply chains, partners, and stakeholders.
