• Technical resource that works with client to receive necessary data files for their marketing program.
• The Senior Data Delivery Analyst ensures data received is consistent and properly mapped to standard file structure to support program requirements and maintains data integrity.
• Complete data projects that are moderate to highly complex including creating, updating, and maintaining several data tables and systems; updating process specifications; designing and implementing ad-hoc data processing routines.
• Establishes project plans, deliverables, and timelines based on the exploratory process with the client.
• Maintains all project documentation.
• It also creates ad-hoc reports using data systems & Excel.
• Validates post-production live data samples to confirm accuracy along with data quality assurance and inspection.
• Develops and presents a recommendation to the client.
• Provides problem-solving, troubleshooting and develops solution options to meet client/project needs.
• Provides training and mentoring to team members; serve as SME on the channel, product suite, or other products.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Business, or Marketing and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience.
• Knowledge in data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. Experience with Excel.
• Experience with SQL or other databases. Preferred Qualifications (PQs)2 years experience in Data Analytics, Direct Marketing, data, business, math/statistics
