Job Overview : We are seeking a versatile Lab Technician / Test Engineer to support our engineering team in developing cutting-edge battery technology and electronics. This role combines the responsibilities of a lab technician and a light test engineer, involving hands-on work with electronics as well as creating documentation, internal databases, and spec sheets to support engineering workflows and testing. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in electronics, experience with testing and assembly, and proficiency in documentation tools like Word and Excel.Responsibilities

• Assemble and rework electronic components, including soldering, crimping, and creating wire harnesses.
• Conduct tests on circuit boards and electronic systems, logging results and generating test reports.
• Develop and maintain spec sheets for internal and external use.
• Create and manage internal databases using Excel and Word for documentation purposes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics of electronic systems.
• Support the team by maintaining lab equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring smooth lab operations.
• Collaborate with engineers to support testing and development projects.
