General Manager X-Golf Hermitage

Compensation : $65,000 Base + Performance Bonuses ($80k+)

Lead the Team, Drive the Profits & Run Nashville's Premier Indoor Golf Venue

Skip the corporate grind and the 3AM bar closes. X-Golf Hermitage is looking for a leader to run our entire 7-simulator facility. We offer the worlds best simulator technology, a full-service bar with food, and a vibrant sports atmosphere.

The Opportunity : You aren't just a manager; you are the Captain of the ship. You will have full operational ownership of the venue, backed by a support system that includes direct access to ownership and an Assistant Manager to help you execute your vision. You dont need to be a Golf Pro, but we do need you to be a Pro at building a business.

We need a leader who can drive culture, manage the P&L, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. We are unique because everyone in our facility is having fun!

What Youll Do :

  • Lead from the Front : This is an active management role. You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, including mentoring an Assistant Store Manager. You aren't stuck in an office; you are on the floor setting the tone.
  • Operational Precision : Maintain impeccable standards for cleanliness and equipment readiness. Your team will own all opening / closing duties and ensure the venue is always "show-ready."
  • Financial Ownership : Manage the P&L. You are responsible for optimizing labor costs, COGS, and inventory to drive profitability.
  • Grow the Business : Drive revenue by managing our popular leagues, executing special events, and driving corporate party sales. Our goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with our guests.

    • Who You Are :

  • A Proven Operator : 2+ years of management experience preferred (Hospitality, Entertainment, or F&B). You know how to run a tight ship and understand the mechanics of a bar / restaurant environment.
  • The Executor : You are a self-starter who is able to anticipate needs rather than waiting for instructions. You see a problem, and you fix it.
  • Dependable & Flexible : You understand the hospitality industry requires some nights, weekends, and holidays. You value punctuality and enforce it with your team.
  • Tech-Savvy & Sport-Loving : You are comfortable with computers and POS systems. While you don't need to be a scratch golfer, a passion for sports and an understanding of the game of golf is a plus.
