Job Description :
Eureka Ergonomic is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will handle inquiries via phone and email, process requests, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires a friendly and composed communicator who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
