Job Title : Sales Representative

Location : San Francisco, CA

Job type : Full time Permanent

Shift : Full-time 8 -10 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay Range : USD $60k - $70k Yearly / Annually + Commission and Benefits

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative in our Building Services & Construction sector in San Francisco - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you'll do :

  • Cold calling, account management, presentation development, and procuring deals.
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
  • Selling of equipment rental and services to our construction customers
  • Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
  • Partnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and complement
  • You'll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and / or oil free air compressors.

    • We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience :

  • 3-7 years of direct business to business sales experience
  • Knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, & East Bay is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of construction process and construction-based customer focus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems)
  • Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals.
  • Partnership with other areas of the business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
