In this role, you will be responsible for managing both commercial and consumer collections while ensuring the accuracy of billing and credit processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during collection activities.
• Recommend strategies for improving collection rates and minimizing overdue accounts.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding collection progress and challenges.
• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
