We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Roadway / Highway Design team. This opportunity can be based out of any of our Indiana offices. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with experience working on LPA and / or INDOT roadway design projects. We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal. Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but most of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local public agencies and state DOTs.

In this position, the candidate will :

• Work on a variety of DOT and / or LPA roadway / highway projects
• Supports project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
• Takes a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation.
• Manages project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Delegates work to project team members.
• Coordinates with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Performs detailed engineering analysis and design tasks.
• Assists with proposals or funding applications.
• Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance.
• Ensures compliance with relevant codes, standards,
• May perform other duties associated with this role
