Job Summary

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing sales by developing new relationships with customers and clients. This person must be a self-starter who is passionate about working with customers to use Factur service offerings to help solve their needs.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Identifies and nurtures strategic relationships with partners or prospective customers
  2. Schedule and perform service offering demonstrations with potential customers
  3. Attend industry trade shows and conferences to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with customers
  4. Develop and maintain partnerships with key channel partners
  5. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts using a CRM

Outcomes/Measures of Success over next 12 months

  1. Close $2M annually in new revenue
  2. Attend 12+ Trade Shows / Conferences per year to represent the Factur Brand
  3. Develop 5 or more key referral partner relationships


Additional Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements

  1. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  2. 3+ years of outside sales experience
  3. Self-Motivator
  4. Competitive but willing to be a team player
  5. Willingness to Travel (50%)



Salary Range: Base pay + Commissions. Base pay range is $85k-100k based on skills and experience
