As an Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workshops run smoothly and our customers have an enjoyable experience. Whether it’s helping set up projects, assisting participants, or maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, your contributions will make a difference every day.

• Assisting with the preparation and setup of DIY workshops, including organizing materials and tools.
• Providing hands-on support to customers during workshops, ensuring they feel confident and inspired.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout and after workshops.
• Offering friendly and helpful customer service to create a positive experience for all guests.
• Supporting the team with other tasks as needed to ensure the success of our workshops.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn—no prior experience is required!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity, crafting, or DIY projects is a plus but not required.
