Job Description
The Dynamics team will handle a blend of development work and L3 production support. We receive roughly 100 support tickets per month, primarily involving user management, data updates, and solution deployments. Both the Field Service and Sales environments have ongoing development needs, including updates to the Woodford (Resco) solution, reporting enhancements, and data hierarchy adjustments. Day to day work will include SQL updates, tasks inside Power Apps, and managing solution deployments across environments.
