We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and equipment reliability efforts at a high-volume fulfillment center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting material handling equipment such as conveyors and sorters.
• Developing and executing preventive maintenance programs.
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing capital projects.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Handling conflict resolution and team dynamics.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Planning and controlling budgets and capital expenditures.
• Implementing safety programs and conducting audits.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $111,000.00 - $147,000.00 / yr. Base salary includes :
