Job Description

Apply for this opportunity as a permanent Clinical Laboratory Manager in the Bakersfield, California area!

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital's laboratory. The ideal candidate will manage lab staff, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality testing procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in lab technologies, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train lab personnel
  • Manage lab operations and workflow
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of lab testing
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Assist with budget management and inventory control
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • California CLS license required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with leadership experience preferred
