PRN Physical Therapist

Travel and Mileage covered

Counties covering are Madison County, Galloway and Grove City

National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are owned and operated by National Church Residences , the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

Position Highlights :

  • Role : Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist
  • Schedule : Every other weekend commitment
  • Compensation : Higher hourly rate for weekend shifts
  • PTO accrual

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Proficiency with OASIS documentation
  • Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (preferred but not required)
