Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- Three (3 +) years of Commercial HVAC experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Three (3 +) years of Commercial HVAC experiencePossession of refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred Responsibilities :Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systemsUse common tools of the HVAC trade in daily work (e.g multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmentIdentify maintenance risks on equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systemsClean, adjust and repair systems, and performs warranty servicesPerform emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyProvide technical direction and on-the-job trainingKeep daily logs and records of all maintenance functionsEnsure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety ActComply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirementsAssist with customer queries inquiriesComplete other duties as assignedEntry-level HVAC technicians encouraged to apply Entry-level HVAC technicians encouraged to apply .
