Duke's is looking for a CCTV Camera Truck Operator to join our Asheboro, NC-based crew!

At Duke's, we use advanced technology and experienced field crews to protect and maintain essential infrastructure. We take pride in delivering critical inspection services that help prevent system failures, safeguard public health, and keep communities running smoothly. Our CCTV Camera Truck Operators lead closed-circuit video inspections of sewer and storm lines using robotic camera systems. We rely on this role to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring clean, safe, and efficient utility systems for the clients and communities we serve. This is a traveling position of 75 - 100% of the time with work days typically Monday - Thursdays, depending on project. Transportation, lodging, and daily meal per diem are provided.

What You'll Do

• Abide by all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE for your safety
• Operate and navigate robotic camera tractors and push systems to perform detailed inspections of sewer and storm lines, capturing high-quality digital footage and accurately documenting pipe conditions and defects.
• Drive, inspect, and maintain the CCTV truck and all related equipment, performing pre- and post-shift checks, troubleshooting issues, and completing minor field repairs to ensure safe and continuous operation.
• Interpret maps, blueprints, and project documents to locate access points and confirm inspection routes, working closely with field technicians to safely expose entry points and guide equipment through pipelines.
• Collect and manage inspection data using tablets and mobile systems, label and archive footage, and maintain detailed digital records in alignment with job specifications and reporting standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to coordinate field operations, support special projects, and adapt to evolving site conditions as needed.

Position location : Onsite

Pay range : $24 - 26 / hr, depending on experience
