A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist who will manage legal documents and ensure their accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the inventory of legal orders, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues
Review and prepare legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards
Provide support to customers and contractors, addressing concerns and guiding them through complex scenarios
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience handling legal documents or sensitive materials
Experience working in a law firm, courthouse, or related legal department, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in a high-volume civil litigation environment is preferred
Strong foundational knowledge of civil lawsuits and legal documentation
Technologically adept with advanced computer skills, including order management systems and Microsoft applications
