Job Description

Paradigm is searching for a Wave Machine Operator to support our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry. You will operate and maintain selective solder, wave solder, and Sayaka router machines in an electronics manufacturing environment. Multi-tasking and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.

Type : 4 -6 Month Contract-to-hire

Location : Forest Grove, OR | Onsite

As a Wave Machine Operator you will :

  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on soldering and routing equipment.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records per quality standards.
  • Keep work area clean and organized for safety compliance.
  • Use ERP and business software for tracking work and inventory.
  • Communicate stoppages and issues promptly to supervision.
  • Support production team and participate in meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes :

  • 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must have experience with selective solder, wave solder, and sayaka router.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn company software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must comply with ITAR regulations.
