Financial Analyst II

Century Group is partnering with our client in search of their next Financial Analyst II. You will compile, review, analyze, and evaluate financial data. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and recommending appropriate actions to address financial challenges. The ideal candidate is eager to play a crucial part in the organization's funding strategy and long-term financial security. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly variance analysis and explanations for actuals vs. budget and actuals vs. forecast.
• Manage the financial forecast process by maintaining forecast models.
• Forecast KPIs using historical and statistical methods.
• Report consolidated financial statements and analysis to the management team.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Foster ongoing improvement of internal and external reporting frameworks by analyzing processes and suggesting solutions.
• Prepare information for SEC filings, earnings releases, and earnings calls.
