[job_card.job_description]Greet patients; check patients in and out as needed Schedule patient appointments; ensure smooth flow Gather medical history and reason for the visit Explaining insurance benefits to patients Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy Complete diagnostic testing and necessary documentation Prepare patients to be seen by the Optometrist Assist the Optometrist as needed during examinations Show patients how to properly care for contact lens / trainings Contact lens ordering Solving problems and resolving conflict Providing direction and guidance Monday 8 : 30am-5 : 30 pm Tuesday 9 : 30am-7pm Wednesday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Thursday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Friday 8 : 00am-3 : 30pm Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and be reliable The ability to connect and communicate well with patients Skilled communicator - written and verbal Able to multitask, manage time wisely; detail-oriented Team-player with a positive attitude Able to work as a team and independently High school diploma or GED- REQUIRED
