Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using .NET technologies and SQL. This role involves full life cycle software development, close collaboration with business users, and the creation of detailed technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications using .NET and SQL
  • Analyze automation requests and translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions
  • Participate in full life cycle development including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Prepare test data, conduct unit testing, and ensure solutions comply with functional and technical specifications
  • Create and maintain SDM technical documentation, including Technical Specifications and Design Documents
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to support enhancements, ongoing maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
  • Prepare and communicate project status reports
  • Participate in team meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development
  • Strong experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, and database design
  • Proven experience developing and supporting web-based applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with full life cycle software development methodologies
  • Experience creating SDM technical documentation, including Technical Specs and Design Docs
  • Experience conducting code reviews, preparing test data, and performing unit testing
