Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a creative team to develop and execute award-winning concepts for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality execution of creative projects within budget and timelines
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in experiential marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and award-winning marketing campaigns
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a creative team
Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends
Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
