Pharmacy Supervisor – Evening Leadership Opportunity (Full-Time)

Assists the Director of Pharmacy in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of clinical operations in order to provide patient focused pharmaceutical services to achieve quality outcomes. Serves as a clinical resource to staff and patients. Functions as a staff pharmacist as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details : Pharmacy Supervisor Will work 4-10's and every 6th weekend. Typical shift is 1 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM. Will supervise around 20 direct reports as part of a 10-person leadership team! This is a working supervisor position. Lead with purpose. Make a difference. What You’ll Do : Assist the Director of Pharmacy in planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical operations Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy staff and patients Step in as a staff pharmacist when needed to maintain seamless operations Champion Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards in every aspect of your work Qualifications : Education : Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in Pharmacy required Licensure : Current pharmacist license from applicable State Board of Pharmacy required Experience : 2–3 years of pharmacy experience required Preferred Qualifications : At least one year of pharmacy management experience preferred Advanced degree or additional certifications preferred Experience in clinical operations or leadership roles is a plus Why Mercy?
