Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

• Apply standard engineering methods to design develop and implement new or revised manufacturing and production processes for aerospace products.
• Integrate design requirements into manufacturing processes and procedures through research and development of methods tooling equipment facilities and systems.
• Lead planning and development of engineering artifacts to transform raw materials into finished products that meet design / system requirements.
• Provide guidance to design engineering teams on technical specifications to optimize equipment usage and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure production processes and procedures comply with contract specifications and relevant regulations.
• Support the development of efficient and economical production strategies to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and provide technical expertise throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to industry quality standards such as AS9100.
