About the Practice :

The Eye Institute of West Florida is a prestigious multispecialty practice with several locations throughout Pinellas County , including Largo, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa . Founded in 1974 by Dr. Stephen Weinstock and now led by Dr. Rob Weinstock, the institute has a long-standing commitment to exceptional patient care and developing future ophthalmology leaders through fellowships and mentorship programs .

The practice supports all ophthalmology subspecialties and features an established MediSpa with a loyal patient base. We are now seeking a full-time Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our team, as our current physician is relocating, creating a key opportunity to serve and expand the EIWF patient community.

Practice Locations :

Largo : On-site ASC with 28 exam rooms

Clearwater : 13 exam rooms

St. Petersburg : On-site ASC with 18 exam rooms

Tampa - Hyde Park : 13 exam rooms

Tampa - Westchase : 8 exam rooms

Largo - Aesthetic Center : 2 exam rooms

Opportunity Highlights :

Focused on oculoplastic surgical and clinical cases

Strong internal and external referral relationships

On-site physician liaison to foster community connections

Trained support staff and management support

Ability to establish an Oculoplastic Network for immediate clinical and surgical patient access

Minimal travel required

Compensation & Benefits :

Two-year guaranteed base salary with production incentives

20 days PTO, CME allowance, commencement bonus
