A company is looking for a Systems Analyst - Senior (IT Service Management) to support their IT Service Management Office and ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a subject matter expert for network infrastructure hardware lifecycle and oversee governance, process improvement, and data integrity
Manage Agile projects, lead stakeholder engagement, and provide user training and support
Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and mentor junior staff in resolving support issues
Required Qualifications :
Typically has 5+ years of experience in technology and application support
Hands-on experience with ITIL / IT Service Management, particularly in Hardware Asset Management or Configuration Management
Product owner experience, including defining vision and guiding solutions from concept to implementation
Familiarity with Agile Development methodology and technologies such as Network and Telecom Equipment
Preferred Licensure : ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library
