• Perform service repairs, safety testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance on Blow Molding systems.
• Complete documentation on field service tickets, QA forms, and inspection reports on each job in a timely fashion.
• Follow technical manuals, drawings, schematics, processes and procedures relating to equipment serviced.
• Provide all facets of customer service : rapid customer response, quality site management, strong customer service skills, and customer follow-up management.
• Interface with all levels of management, staff, vendors, and end users.
