Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review unpaid invoices in the ETM System and identify problem areas

Contact carriers to inquire about unpaid claims and report errors affecting claims processing

Participate in meetings and communicate unusual circumstances regarding claims

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum two years of medical billing experience preferred

Knowledge of physician billing and healthcare reimbursement, including Medicare and Medicaid

Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding

Computer literacy, with preference for Microsoft Office experience
