Description
We are seeking an individual with strong organizational and process management skills to join our Operations team in a fast-paced full-time role.
This is a process-driven early-career position. You will not manage executives calendars or inboxes. You will own repeatable workflows learn agency operations from the ground up and run clearly defined processes across multiple client accounts.
We provide full training. Operations team members support multiple client accounts through internal training hit tracking report building shipping logistics and other core agency support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for several client accounts across the agency.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Work with other Operations team members to handle requests from co-workers and clients.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Handle occasional general agency support tasks as needed.
- Work out of Downtown Miami offices approximately once per week.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work.Ability to effectively work in a group environment.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular).Knowledge on Shipping Software (FedEx UPS etc.) is a plus.Knowledge on Google Suite and Data Studio is a plus.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere etc.) is a plus.Benefits
