Key Responsibilities :
Learn product offerings and communicate value to potential customers
Guide customers through installation and training processes to ensure successful product adoption
Document, analyze, troubleshoot, and test software based on user specifications and technical issues
Required Qualifications :
Experience in a call center is a plus
Background in networking is preferred
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is desirable
Dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
