Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner in GA

Role Description

This is a contract Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner role based in Atlanta, GA. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing on-site patient care, conducting medical assessments, delivering treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.

Multiple locations and shifts available.

  • Outpatient-only
  • Monday-Friday 8a to 5p
  • All ages seen
  • No obstetrics
  • Labcorp on-site
  • EMR - eClinicalWorks
  • Hospitalist group affiliated with local facility

We will cover your Med-Mal Insurance too!

Qualifications

  • Patient assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Collaborative healthcare team experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
  • ACNP or FNP certification preferred
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting
  • Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments
