Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a holistic, data-backed lifecycle marketing strategy for customer acquisition, conversion, nurturing, and win-back
Lead the strategy and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns mapped to customer journey stages
Define and own content-driven nurture and re-engagement strategies focused on activation and retention
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior lifecycle or growth leadership role
Demonstrated history of building and scaling lifecycle programs that drive significant growth
Deep expertise in omnichannel platforms and experience with AI / ML tools and paid media
Expert-level proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms and advanced CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field required; MBA or Master's preferred
